Let me start by saying that if I had been here this would not have happened. (the bonus not being an option) We just implemented a new rule that protects us from people taking MULTIPLE withdrawels and then sending them back in for NEW bonus funds. What happenes is people keep resending funds and getting more and more bonus dollars. So we said if someone takes a payout then they cant get a bonus on that amount for one month. Unless they send more than the amount. Then they would get a bonus on that amount. THIS RULE MAKES PERFECT SENSE. However in this guys case he could have been given a warning and still gotten his bonus this time. For that I apologize.

As far as BHB slowpaying him. First of all, if he was really concerned about a slow pay why would he be reposting with us. secondly why so upset about his bonus, a bonus doesnt matter if there is a genuine concern about a books cash flow. Furthermore, as it was explained to me he requested a payout AFTER payout hours. That means his payout will be processed the following day. Come on, is that a "slow pay". I think NOT. A slow pay is when you get a run around day after day, then they pay you half the amount and you wait a week to get the rest. What a joke that accusation is. and again, if he was really concerned why is he reposting. his payout was processed WITHIN 24 hours.

As far as the accusations against justin regarding telling the customer to "phuck off". NOT A CHANCE. Justin is one of my best friends and know i would beat him senseless if he talked to a customer like that. Even if it IS a customer who spend in excess of 30 minutes on the phone with him explaining the payout/bonus rule over and over.

Then the customer "THREATENS" to post on the rx. justin say ok, that is your right, and we WILL respond. Then like so many times in the past, an upset customer (who cant understand the rules, or even the logic behind them)blows a situation out of proportion and makes false accusations. Then the "haters" jump on the bandwagon and here we are.

Ham and eggs in your specific case you were not trying to take advantage. therefore once i got in I WOULD have made an exception for you. HOWEVER, since you decided to take the matter public and include multiple FALSE accusations regarding both payouts and the way you were spoken too, you will recieve no bonus. unless you send more than 300.

also please keep in mind that the customer did NOT send the funds and then we said no bonus. WE TOLD HIM IN ADVANCE.

Regards
-SCOTT

Good post Scott.

I think your bonus rule is a VERY wise & fair rule.
And I can't see BHB dropping 10K+ (between advertising, contest, bonuses) at the RX to stiff a guy for $300.

I think it's a misunderstanding that was prematurely brought to the boards.

That said, Scott, I think you would quadruple your client base by staying competitive and going to a dime line.

GL to both parties.

Thanks Scott.

I would suggest adding this:
So we said if someone takes a payout then they cant get a bonus on that amount for one month. Unless they send more than the amount. Then they would get a bonus on that amount.

to your rules page, just to avoid anything like this in the future.

Thanks for giving your side of things. Hope this clears things up.

Looks like Hammy got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Do you really need the $30 that badly Hammy? If so, drop me a line and I will send it to you for all your trouble.

Scott-It's people like this that give others a sour taste with regard to bonusses. Glad to see that you took a stand and replied with a insightful post.

please try to be understanding guys. its hard responding to false accusations like "slow pay" and "stiff" in this situation.

I just hope everyone can see that BHB is neither of the two.

Is the very first time that you are letting this Forum know about it? Even though you have advertised a big bonus incessantly?

I am NOT reposting with you.

Why would I want:

1) ZERO bonus despite false advertising

2) 20 cent base line

3) Slow to grade games and SLOW TO PAY!!

You gave me the run around for 2 full days over $300 payout, then charged me more than you said that you were going to.

You are a slow paying bonus stiff and WILL be reminded about it now and in the future.

Scott is saying you recieved your WU w/d withing 24 hours of the request. You are saying it took as long as 3 days.

What is the real story?

over 36 hours from the first time that I requested it.

first spoke to Justin during the evening of day 1, he told me that he would put it in line for the following day. On the following day the accounting dept. was closed during the middle of the day and none of the guys there could process it (of course not, duh). It got pushed to the following day (3rd day) and I was given the run around (put on hold for extended periods of time, hung up on, etc...) until the afternoon. That is a slow pay, IMO.

36 hours = slow pay?

I think you may be reaching here hammy..

I was with you early buddy, but, after hearing the full story, i just can't see where you have any legit gripe with BHB.

Now, i am just picturing Justin pulling his hair out while dealing with you on the phone for 30 minutes.. Hollywood deja vu ?

UB, I consider ANY kind of run around a slow pay.

I think that you have to look past the actual number of hours and instead look at the manner in which it was handled. Being put on hold for 15 minutes at a time and then hung up on...that is annoying.

When a gambler gets a runaround, THAT is a slow pay. Mind you, it was closer to 48 hours than 36. Again, the # of hours doesn't matter. If you were put on hold for an hour when you called to request a payout, what would you call that? I wanna know, really..what would you call that?

This sportsbook has been advertising a big bonus on this website. It is clear now that this offer is fraudulent. It is NOT a 15% reload bonus, even for a player like me who is down over $500 to BHB in the past month. Am I right or wrong? You know damn well that I am right!!

exactly, any reason to get some valid criticism off p. 1 of an advertiser sportsbook

You can see the Moderator coming in and trying to discredit the veracity of the legitimate complaint. It is a setup to censor the valid criticism that is due to expose this fraud book.
